Meetings:

Regular business meetings tyle (begin) at 7:30pm on the first Thursday of every month, except in July and August. Regular meetings are held to conduct the business of Exemplar Lodge, including, but not be limited to the following:

• Introduce and welcome visitors

• Read and approve minutes from previous meetings

• Accounts and communications

• Reports on committees

• Reception of petitions

• Reports on Committees on Petitions

• Balloting

• Unfinished business

• New business

The brethren gather for fellowship before festive board (dinner), which begins at 6:30 p.m. Please confirm with our Junior Warden as times may be subject to change.

Emergent meetings occur on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. as required, except July and August. These times are set aside for special ceremonies such as conferring degrees or conducting practices. Members can find additional details in the lodge summons posted on the member’s page of this website.

The officers of Exemplar Lodge are installed and invested at the annual Installation and Investiture ceremony on the first Thursday in December of each year. Please contact the Junior Warden to confirm details.

Officer’s dress for meetings:

• Regular business meetings – Dark business suit

• Emergent meetings – formal/black tie for degrees

• Official visits from Grand Lodge officers – formal/black tie

• Dark business suit
